Designed to inspire self-reflection and transformative growth, the Uniquely Global Leadership Programme is a highly structured yet immersive leadership journey. It will empower established senior leaders to elevate their leadership impact by deepening self-awareness, strengthening emotional intelligence, and cultivating the global perspective and leadership skills embodied by the world’s most accomplished individuals.

This blended experience brings together 1:1 coaching, leadership modules, and immersive offsites, creating space for reflection, experimentation, and meaningful connection. Participants explore how to influence not only performance but also the culture that sustains it — fostering environments where people feel empowered, trusted, and motivated to do their best work.

Key program features

Expert facilitation
The programme is led by Karen Richards, Programme Director, alongside a team of experienced coaches and specialists in leadership development, emotional intelligence, and cultural transformation. Guest facilitators bring global experience and diverse perspectives from across industries, creating a rich and challenging learning environment.

Executive coaching
Each participant works individually with an accredited executive coach throughout the programme to tailor their development goals, strengthen accountability, and sustain growth. Coaching sessions provide a confidential space to integrate learning and translate it into personal impact.

Leadership training modules
Core modules focus on developing the mindsets and skills that differentiate impactful leaders. Across 12 integrated modules, participants build capability in areas such as emotional intelligence, influencing, decision-making, communication, and coaching. Each module combines evidence-based frameworks with practical application, ensuring insights translate directly into everyday leadership practice.

Multi-faced learning
Learning unfolds through a dynamic blend of facilitated workshops, case studies, experiential exercises, and reflective coaching. Each format challenges participants to think critically, apply insight, and practise new approaches to leadership in real-world contexts.

Immersive coaching
Residential experiences provide a dedicated environment for deep learning, connection, and renewal. Through facilitated dialogue, experiential sessions, and shared reflection, participants gain clarity on how to lead with greater purpose, authenticity, and impact.

The EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report provides a comprehensive view of emotional intelligence competencies that underpin effective leadership. Participants use this feedback to build self-awareness, identify strengths, and focus on targeted growth areas that elevate their influence and presence.

Participants engage in intimate peer groups designed to encourage honest reflection, exchange of experience, and constructive challenge. These learning groups become trusted circles of insight and support — a leadership network that continues well beyond the programme.
