Senior Executive Leadership Coaching & Development

Our coaching works best as a collaborative relationship between the leader and the coach.  We work with Executive Chairs, CEOs, MDs and Senior Board Members using a blend of a blend of physical and virtual coaching and tailor the sessions to fulfil your individual needs, reach agreed outcomes and ultimately bring about sustained behavioural change.


The EQ-I 2.0 diagnostic tool allows us to assess emotional intelligence with an intuitive model and produce personalised reports. We also use three Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS and MVPI) to enable us to work deeply with individuals in a way that complements their behaviours by truly understanding the core goals, values, drivers and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain.


The combination of these tools can be incredibly powerful in helping senior leaders truly understand themselves and how to deliver through their people.
