Our coaching engagements use a blend of a blend of physical and virtual coaching and are typically over a 12-month period. We tailor the coaching sessions to fulfil the leader’s individual needs, reach agreed outcomes and goals, and ultimately bring about sustained behavioural change.
Using the EQ-I 2.0 diagnostic tool allows us to assess emotional intelligence with an intuitive model and produce personalised reports. We also use three Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS and MVPI) to enable us to work deeply with individuals in a way that complements their behaviours by truly understanding the core goals, values, drivers and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain.
The combination of these tools can be incredibly powerful in helping senior leaders truly understand themselves and how to deliver through their people.
