Our coaching engagements use a blend of in-person and virtual coaching and can range from targeted tactical interventions through to longer-term 12-month engagements. We tailor each programme to fulfil the leader’s individual needs, achieve agreed outcomes and ultimately create sustained behavioural change. We pride ourselves on building long-term partnerships with many of our clients, supporting leaders over a number of years as their careers, responsibilities and impact evolve.
The EQ-i 2.0 diagnostic tool allows us to assess emotional intelligence through an intuitive model and produce personalised reports. We can also use three Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS and MVPI) to complement behavioural insight by exploring the core goals, values, drivers and interests that shape leadership performance and decision-making.
We also utilise the EQ-i 360 assessment to provide leaders with multi-rater feedback from managers, peers and direct reports. This offers a deeper understanding of how leadership style and emotional intelligence are experienced by others, helping to identify strengths, blind spots and opportunities for growth.
To enhance the coaching experience, we provide ongoing personal support through tactical calls and contact as needed, ensuring continuous guidance and real-time insight to maximise impact.
