  • Through individual interviews and analysis of the data, patterns are identified across stakeholder groups, surfacing key themes relating to communication, decision-making, influence and leadership presence.

  • These insights are synthesised into an EQ-i 360 feedback report and integrated directly into the coaching discussions.
