Led by our founder Karen Richards, our team is a diverse mix of passionate and experienced coaching and training professionals with a variety of commercial and business backgrounds. Using this breadth of experience, we support organisations across the world.

Karen Richards, Founder and Managing Partner at Uniquely Global, is an accomplished Executive Leadership Coach and Mentor, with over 24 years senior management experience in the Retail and Consumer industries, followed by 7 years working in the City with a leading HR Consultancy. Karen is a member of the ICF and a Fellow Member of AC.
Following her own personal career transition journey, Karen discovered her passion for emotional intelligence in leadership and the direct influence upon performance. She founded Uniqueily Global in 2014 with a mission to educate and use emotional intelligence as a catalyst to embolden leaders, enhance the culture of the workplace and accelerate the achievement of business goals.
Karen believes the power of a high-performing and sustainable culture gives a business its single greatest asset: competitive advantage. This drives the organisation and defines the actions and road to success.
Karen and the Uniqueily Global team are based in London and New York, and work with leaders and teams within sectors as diverse as Investment Banking, Fashion and Premier League football.

Anna Lockwood
Client & Operations Partner
Anna provides a structured point of contact for Uniqueily Global, bringing her organisational skills and leadership programme development insight to our clients. These skills have been developed in roles from retail merchandising through to programme management, workshop and training facilitation, event management and executive assistant roles, in a career which spans both commercial and charitable organisations.

Harry Rich
Executive Coach
Harry is an Executive Coach, board chair, non-executive director and advisor and brings thirty years’ experience of developing organisations and people in the commercial, public and non-profit sectors. Alongside his executive coaching, Harry is non-executive Chair of the UK Intellectual Property Office and sits on the board of the Glasgow School of Art. He is a non-practising solicitor, Companion of the Chartered Management Institute and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Harry was Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists, Chief Executive of the Royal Institute of British Architects and a board member of the UK government’s Creative Industries Council and the US-based Design Management Institute.

André Morris
Mentor & Coach
André’s background in news journalism brings a different focus to his coaching and how he helps leaders develop themselves and better engage with the work they do. His start with The Economist Newspaper and then regional television, led to more than 25 years in HR consulting, including executive search, leadership development/coaching and career transition, working at senior executive and Board level across both public and private sectors in the UK, US and Republic of Ireland. During this time he successfully led a business within a business; designing and implementing people focussed solutions to organisational problems via multi-disciplinary teams. Clients included Nike and Amazon, the BBC, Sky and both the home and international branches of the security services, MI5 and MI6. Delivering major projects, he has brought clarity to people strategies in large organisations. Digital technology and increasingly AI has been a major component of these transformation programmes . A proven leader of people and change, he now works as a mentor and leadership development coach, supporting and guiding individuals to fulfil their aspirations.

Anusha Parshotum
Executive Coach
Anusha is a commercial, pragmatic and highly focussed executive coach and facilitator. She draws on psychological background, her extensive HR experience and balances this with using practical interventions that are fit for purpose for organisations, teams and individuals. She continues to receive positive feedback for her ability to understand a client, being relevant, her style of support and challenge and ability to bring different perspectives. She has worked across multiple industries and geographies. She is an accredited coach with the ICF.

Chris Hewitt
Finance specialist
Chris has been training and coaching clients in financial and professional skills all over the world for 15 years. He has worked with some of the world’s largest companies, including BBC, Tesco, Black Rock, Citi, Bank Of America, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and M&G. After qualifying as an ACA Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and completing the CFA Claritas Certificate, Chris started his financial training career helping people to pass financial examinations. His passion for working with individuals led him into professional skills training in Europe, Asia, The Americas and Oceania.

Rachid ‘Ben’ Bengougam

Ben has worked at senior leadership level for the past 35 years and has operated as global or regional CHRO/SVP HR in medium and large (FTSE 100, Fortune 500) multinationals as well as with SMEs. His experience includes the UK, the US, the Middle East, Africa and Continental Europe. He has successfully shaped and influenced HR and business strategies that delivered outstanding business outcomes, change and transformation from the fundamental premises of inspirational and inclusive purpose, values in action and human centric leadership. Ben’s proudest career achievement was the contribution he made to Hilton’s achievement of best workplace in the world as judged by Great Places To Work. He is most passionate about advising, coaching and mentoring people and teams to help them achieve their full potential. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality.

Agnes Fletcher
EDI Consultant
Agnes has over 18 years of professional experience as an advisor and consultant. With a post-graduate qualification in Executive coaching, and an accreditation by the International Coaching federation, Agnes supports organisations to develop strategies and cultures and deliver meaningful change.

Tom Bell
Executive Coach
Tom works with professionals who have a commitment to their personal growth and the growth of their company. He brings a unique background of understanding both the operational and people side of the company. He helps executives to thrive in the workplace and has been a corporate executive for 20+ years, serving in roles such as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief People Officer, and Head of Customer Service in manufacturing, finance, distribution and technology companies. Tom has had responsibilities in publicly traded companies, privately held businesses, and family-owned firms with operations functioning in the United States, Ireland, United Kingdom, Japan, Mexico, and Brazil. Tom has experience working with all levels of employees in various industries and his passion is in helping to make a positive, lasting impact on individual’s lives and an organisation’s culture and performance. Tom is a certified Executive Coach through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and graduate in ‘Business and Executive Coaching’ at the University College of Dublin in Ireland.

Ruth Sloss
Executive Coach
Ruth is an Executive Coach with a background of commercial senior leadership positions in FTSE 100 companies, including BT and WPP. Whilst at BT she studied for the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School and gained International Coaching Federation accreditation. For several years she wore a second hat as an internal coach at BT in addition to her leadership roles, giving her a multi-faceted perspective and deep understanding of the challenges her clients face, through working simultaneously as a senior commercial leader, people manager and coach. She is a supportive, empathetic and challenging coach who helps individuals enhance their leadership skills and progress their careers. Ruth holds an MA in Arts Criticism and sits on the boards of two charities in the Arts & Heritage sectors.

Ali Parandeh
AI Developer & specialist
Ali Parandeh is a Chartered Engineer with the UK Engineering Council, and a certified developer and data scientist with Microsoft and Google. He has led engineering teams at both multi-national consultancies and at tech startups across various markets to build and deploy AI-enabled software. He has also authored a book on productionising generative AI "Building Generative AI Services with FastAPI" (O'Reilly, 2025) As an AI advocate, Ali regularly delivers corporate AI training for executives and practitioners through professional institutions and training partners. Ali also started London's Beginners Machine Learning meetup in 2018 to help people break into data and AI careers through hands-on workshops and community events. With a passion for education, he has also taught multiple software engineering bootcamps for Code First Girls, empowering more women to establish their tech and AI careers.
